FOUNDER: OM SWAMI
Om Swami, is a venerable saint, living in Sri Badrika Ashram, in the Himalayan foothills, in Himachal Pradesh. He decided to settle in this remote valley to help revive the dormant practices of Dhyana Yoga and Mantra Sadhana.
He has a bachelor’s degree in business and an MBA from Sydney, Australia. A serial entrepreneur, his business operations spanned 5 continents. He built and exited several multi-million dollar businesses, which he renounced to leave on his spiritual journey in 2010.
He is the founder of Black Lotus App for meditation, os.me a truthful, and kindness community, and most recently Sadhana app – an app which revives the Vedic glory of India. It is His tribute to Sanatana Dharma. He shares his wisdom through his fortnightly blogs published on os.me, YouTube, Audible and Soundcloud. In addition, He has authored 15 bestsellers on meditation, mantras and wellness, such as Kundalini: An Untold Story, A Million Thoughts, and The Book of Kindness.

He mentors startups and NGOs at IIMB NSRCEL. Ravi holds an MBA degree from Fuqua School of Business, Duke University, and a Masters’s in Computer Science from IISc Bangalore.
He is focused on defining the mission, fundraising, delivery of programs, and measurement of the impact of the program.

Passionate about building social-emotional wellbeing in children, she has successfully led the Mindfulness Program in her school.

Major Vinod Kumar serves with the Indian Army and presently is posted at Subathu, Dist – Solan (HP). His native place is Fatehpur (UP). He is a law graduate and did masters in Hospital administration (MHA). He served in almost every part of India and also has experience of serving with UNO as part of the peace keeping forces. He enjoys mentoring children, especially those from poor & rural background. Since 2014, he has started this mentoring journey with the children of his home District. He used to provide assistance and guidance to candidates preparing to join Indian Army/Paramilitary forces. He also guided aspirants for UPSC, especially for NDA, CDS etc.

Manjula Bains hails from New Delhi, wherein she taught English Language and Literature at three prestigious schools.
Post her relocation to Singapore over 20 years ago, she set up her private teaching in which she mentored international students and working professionals from diverse nationalities in English Language Learning, ESL, SATS, IELTS, EIKEN Step Test and Phonics. To date, she continues to tutor International School students for IGCSE & IB English.
Manjula has attained an Advanced TESOL, Advanced English Grammar, Pronunciation & Vocabulary certification from the UK; in addition to BA( Pol Sc Hons) & B.Ed from Delhi University, India.

Malini is an independent trained professional who has been working with children for many years. She empowers children to deal with life’s challenges and to bring out their inner potential. She is also actively involved with an NGO working with children whose focus is in the field of life skills, reproductive health and personal safety.

Srividya is from Coimbatore. Initially, she worked primarily as an English teacher in Pune. Having shifted her base to Coimbatore, a few years back she was involved in setting up English Language Labs and training teachers to run the English programs. She is also associated with VETA and has been conducting Spoken English programs in corporation schools and also for the corporate sector. Script writing has always been her passion.
