Wing Commander Manav has been working as a medical officer in the Indian Air Force, since 2002 and has considerable experience in the management of medical and surgical emergencies, having served as a senior medical officer. He has been involved in the management of Covid-19 patients at his healthcare center. He has been involved in the design and development of search and rescue jackets and backpacks for casualty response teams.
